This program is designed to help adolescents through adults to prepare for greater levels of career success and job satisfaction than they are likely to achieve on their own. To identify assets, qualities, traits, skills, likes, dislikes, and aversions that are most likely to have the greatest influence on the future of their career with the hope of enabling the highest possible levels of job and career satisfaction.

One of the primary goals of the program is to help student / clients to achieve gainful employment or an internship that will lead to employment.
